Add Instrument

Use this form to add an instrument to the database. If you don't know all of the information, if you would rather not share some information, or if the question does not apply to your instrument, just leave those boxes blank. If your category of instrument is not listed in the dropdown menu, select "Other" (if there are enough this kind of instrument in the database, we will add a category for it in the future). Adding an instrument will send an automatic email to the database management.
